TT opinion: A very good used tiny Hardy HJS Jock Scott with lots of black finish, reverse tapered ebonite handle, ribbed alloy foot slightly ‘nibbled’ at the ends. Nickle silver fittings. Areas of rims are worn with various chips but an excellent functioning usable reel or one to collect.
