TT opinion: A very good early Hardy 3 1/4” alloy trout fly reel with white handle. Horseshoe drum latch, correct 70mm smooth brass foot & good dark original lead finish throughout. Stamped with straight line logo – HARDYS PATENT UNIQUA REEL and internally fitted with spring & pawl check. A little drum rock, otherwise a good collector reel dating c1920’s.
