TT opinion: Another fine and very rare Hardy Perfect 3″ diameter with rare 1917 internal check mechanism. Original white handle, 67mm straight brass foot, brass rim tension regulator and central nickle drum locking screw. Slightly dished drum and face plate stamped with central circular logo.
