This rod has come from the Belfast collection of 101 Hardy rods and reels.It was purchased c 1998-2001 from J Braddell of Belfast. Established 1811. This is a brand new, never fished Hardy Elite 8’6″ 2-piece carbon trout fly rod for line #5.black alloy ferrule stopper. Brand new old shop stock, a rare rod today. Comes with the original maker’s cloth bag, Hardy hang tags and Hardy zip top Cordura tube with adjustable carry sling. Hardy say” The Hardy Elite is the ultimate luxury fly rod.
