Hardy Bros Alnwick antique 2.75” all brass Birmingham plate wind reel with Rod in hand and Oval logo to face plate. dating c 1896 this is fine example. Original screws and pillars with black handle. Correct 70mm smooth foot, a tiny nick to one side, see image. Low noise check clicker. the reel runs smoothly.  A fine example for any collectors and still fishable today
