A rarely seen Jas Braddell & Son, Belfast 4” Hercules pattern all brass salmon fly reel,

makers details script engraved to face plate, original white handle,  2 screw face plate with oil hole

nickle screws and brass pillars, correct slotted and waisted foot blade, constant smooth check clicker, 

retaining most original finish, it’s a fine rare example dating c 1890 for the Irish collector
